Manthano Curriculum

Manthano according to the Bible Tools Dictionary is a Greek word which means:

To increase one’s knowledge, to be increased in knowledge
To hear, be informed
To learn by use and practice
To be in the habit of or accustomed to

This is our vision for every parent, teacher and church that chooses to engage with these lesson plans and Story apps.
For each lesson a story app is created with this vision in mind.

MANTHANO CURRICULUM LESSON PLANS

Empowering Courageous Kids Each quarter contains 12 or 13 weeks of lessons that guide children, parents and teachers, church leaders through meaningful experiences and discussions. The lessons include fun and entertainment as they do the activity or game sessions provided in the lessons. It encourages children to grow spiritually, open their Bibles and participate in interactive Bible learning, as they do the home challenge and the bible sermon/story sessions.

Reach your children “at home” or “in church” with lessons created to help children in their relationship with Jesus. Children will discover how to use these lessons to deal with real life issues and build faith that transforms hearts. It will provide parents with the opportunity to discuss areas that their children still have questions about. The lessons make excellent supplemental material for family devotion as well as a resource to help build those open conversations with their child. Teachers of the children church will appreciate how easy the lessons are to understand and use.

About Us

Manthano aim to support anyone involved in the life of a child. We recognise that every child is special, with unique combinations of abilities and needs. Therefore, it is important that this is reflected in our practices, as we raise up godly children that are confident learners, strong in faith and resilient.

Parents and Teachers Working Together
It was found that the parent provides the foundation on which teachers are able to build further structures. It is therefore important that parents and teachers work together to help support the development of every child, in every area of their life.

Teach Me To Teach
Teach Me To Teach is a gathering of people who are dedicated to the spiritual growth of children; parents, church volunteers, ministry leaders, and anyone who has a passion for ministering to children.
